About

Joshua Fitzgerel

I work on go-to-market, customer success and revenue operations.

I like walking into something messy and leaving it running: a sales team with no playbook, an operation buried in backlog, a product that only existed as an idea. My work sits where revenue, process and people meet, and I measure it in numbers that move.

Today I run operations on Google Fiber's Kansas City build for Ervin Cable Construction. I inherited a two-year backlog, cleared it, and took the review cycle from 130 days to 7 in three months. I lead two specialists, approve 150–200 field reports a day, review $250K–$1M of work a month across 50–75 subcontractors, and report to directors on what's on track, what's at risk and what needs a decision. I was promoted from project manager to manager in four months.

Before that I built the sales function at Ticket Takedown, a legal-tech startup: the call scripts, quotas, compensation plans, lead routing and Salesforce workflows the team ran on. I hired and trained two reps, carried 80–100 inbound calls a day myself, closed about 30% of them, and helped shape pricing and client intake with leadership as revenue grew past $100K a month.

At Apple I sold consultatively across hardware, services and the ecosystem, finished more than 20% above target, and ran live demos and onboarding for the Apple Vision Pro launch.

In 2026 I founded 3Onions, the app for living alone. I built the brand, the product, payments and growth end to end, with the app built in Claude Code, and set up a partner program with a 12-location clinic group. Version 2.0 is in App Store review.

I studied business at the University of Missouri–Kansas City and was part of the founding cohort of The Creative Collective in Kansas City. I work between New York, San Francisco and Kansas City. Off hours: photography and music.
